Superior Subfloor and Floor Leveling

Due to excess groundwater, the saturated dirt under and around this home had caused the basement walls to push in and create waves in the flooring. We tackled this issue by pulling subfloor from afflicted areas, and altering the bottoms of joists affected by heaving. Once we notched the bottoms of a few joists, we had to pull them down and fastened to supports. When we had the floor as flat and level as we could, we replaced all the subfloor. Good as new!
