Boulder Basement Walkout Stairway

We designed and marked all dimensions to build this huge concrete stairway in Boulder. Originally no exits from the basement existed, so we put one in! Firstly, we excavated a nice and square hole for the concrete forms to be place. While the area was being prepped for concrete forms, we cut the foundation wall out for the glass doors to be installed. We also added a steel brace on either side for lateral support on the foundation.
